How much webspace you need to some extent depends on how big your website is. However, there are other things you also need to consider, such as data bandwidth, and how reliable the host is. A basic package is likely to cost approx. £ 25 per annum.

There are lots of companies to choose from, all offering different packages to suit your needs. Prices vary and you need to check for hidden costs. For example, companies that place an advertising banner on your website might charge an additional amount to remove it.

5. What do you need from me to build a website?
As much information as possible. We need to know who you are, what you do, where you are.

If you have a logo or some photographs for your website we need the images to be of high quality and preferably in a format such as "JPEG". Otherwise we can design a logo or take photographs for your website.

Each project we undertake is different from the last. However, a number of factors are taken into consideration to determine our costs, in particular the size and complexity of the website, together with the graphics and pictures we need to create.

7. How do I register my website with search engines?
Most search engines give you a link on their home page to add your website. However, even when building a combination of features into your website it's not easy to come top in search results. Hence, you can pay companies to do the work for you often with guaranteed results. This is not an additional service that we offer at the moment although we are happy to provide some support and assistance if necessary.
